1. Introduction

  Welcome to Zilla Cabs These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (including the Cab Customizer) and the purchase of custom items through our online store. By using the website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

The images on the Cab Customizer are artist's illustrations and for basic design visualisation only. Please note materials colours, styles and textures may vary.

2. Customisation of Products

2.1. Accuracy of Customisation

• It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided for the customisation of products are accurate and complete. We will not be held liable for errors in customisation due to incorrect information provided by you.

2.2. Approval Process

• Once you've placed your deposit, a member of the Zilla team will get in contact with you via the email you provided at checkout to confirm your customisation choices.  Once approved, no further changes can be made.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Order Acceptance

• All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. In such cases, as full refund will be made.​

3.2. Payment

• While using the "Cab Customizer" you will see the total cost of the cabinet you have designed. This includes the cost of shipping. As each cabinet is a custom item, the cost will depend on the options you have selected.

• To begin an order, you must place a £100 deposit through our online shop checkout. This deposit is non refundable (except in the situation where we cancel the order). We accept payments through credit/debit cards.

• This £100 deposit amount will be deducted from the full amount (as displayed on the Cab Customizer tool), which is due on completion of the cab build and we will be in touch with payment details at that time.

• If paying in US Dollars, the equivalent amount will be taken off the final price.

3.3. Pricing and Taxes

• The prices listed on our Cab Customizer depend on your region. You will be asked, on first use of the Cab Customizer, to select your region: UK/World, USA or EU. It is important that your selection is accurate. You can change your region during use of the cab customiser by selecting the flag icon in the top right.

• For the UK/World: All prices on the Cab Customizer are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.

• For the USA: All prices on the Cab Customizer are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include VAT. You may be required to pay some sales tax, import duties and admin fees, although we have removed all UK taxes so you wont pay tax twice. A lot of items shouldn't have any added taxes as items under $800 (excluding shipping) come below the tax threshold, but this is not tax advice. If unsure please ask your local tax authority before ordering.

• For the EU: All prices on the Cab Customizer are in British Pounds (GBP) and do not  include VAT. Due to Brexit we no longer charge UK VAT, but you will be asked to pay your national rate of VAT by the courier just before the cab is delivered, plus a small admin fee. This is not tax advice, if you are unsure please contact your local tax authority.

• For all regions, the deposit amount, £100 is in British Pounds (GBP) and includes VAT. This amount (or the equivalent in USD) will be taken off the final price.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Production and Delivery

4.1. Production Time​

• All our Custom Cabinets are made to order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for production before your item is shipped. We will be in contact with updates and a more specific production time once your order has been placed. If in doubt contact us first.

4.2. Delivery

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver your custom cab within the time frame stated  by the courier business once production is complete. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are based on your region and are displayed on the Cab Customizer tool.

• Please note that the free shipping option you'll see on checkout for the deposit refers only to the deposit

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Customised Items

• Due to the customized nature of our cabinets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5.2. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your custom cab arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Cancellation and Changes to Orders

6.1. Cancellation

• Once an order for a customised cab has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as the production process begins immediately.

6.2. Changes to Orders

• Changes to personalization details must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership of Designs

• All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Zilla Music Ltd. You are granted a limited license to use the Cab Customizer, Cab Recommender and all other content of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7.2. Use of Customer-Provided Content

• By providing content (e.g., text, images) for personalization, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of customised cabinets.

9.2. Maximum Liability

• Our maximum liability to you in respect of any purchase shall be limited to the amount you paid for the customised cab.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
